"I am committed to ensuring students in rural and remote areas receive high quality educational and wellbeing experiences."
Mrs Amy Silvester - Years 3-6 Teacher
I grew up in Toowoomba and after finishing my Bachelor of Education at USQ in 2012, I moved to Mitchell where I taught here at St. Patrick’s School for 6 years. I had experience with learning support, APRE and teaching years 3-6 in a multi-age classroom. In 2019, I joined St. Anthony’s School in Toowoomba and taught Year 2 for two years. In 2021, I taught Year 6 at St John’s, Roma. I believe that partnerships between the teacher and parents are key to a positive school experience and to maximise learning!
